Tri-color Pasta Salad Dijon

It's a colorful, crunchy pasta salad with the zip of FRENCH'S Honey Dijon Mustard!

Ingredients:

1/3 cup FRENCH'S® Honey Dijon Mustard

1 lb Tri-color Fiori (wheel) Pasta

6 scallions, sliced

1/4 cup red onion, chopped

1 lb corn kernels, drained

1 cup lean bacon, fried crisp and crumbled

1/3 cup olive oil

1/4 tsp salt

Directions:

Cook and drain pasta according to package directions. Rinse with cold water and set aside. Prepare next 4 ingredients. Whisk together FRENCH'S Honey Dijon Mustard, olive oil and salt. Place pasta in a large bowl and add all other ingredients, tossing well. Garnish with sliced scallion and serve at room temperature or refrigerate.
If refrigerated, allow to come to room temperature before serving.
