this one always brings smiles because my 14 yr old son trenton created this one night out of desperation to make me a good dinner his idea was so brilliant that it has becomne our favorite weekend get together food.
Ingredients:
2 cup FRENCH'S® Bold n' Spicy Brown Mustard
16 oz plain shake and bake
Directions:
cut chicken breast into strips season with salt and pepper.
then with pastry brush or hands rub the spicy brown mustard all over chicken then roll chicken stips into plain shake and bake flour mix till lighly coated. bring oil to 350 degrees in frying pan then brown chicken on each side you can cook them them completely this way but I have found that finishing them off in a 400 degree oven works better and they are less greasy and better for you.
this method works well on any meat actually just choose the mustard to suit your mood
