10 oz 1 - 10 oz-can cream of chicken soup
1 cup 1 cup milk- divided
2 cup 2-cups chopped cooked chicken (10 oz.
1 lb 1-1pound bag frozen vegetables, thawed and drained
1 cup 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (4oz)
1 cup 1 cup biscuit mix
1 1 egg slightly beaten
Directions:
Combine soup, 3/4 cup milk, salt, chicken, vegetables, 1/2 cup cheese and 1/2 can of French's Cheddar French Fried Onions. Spread mixture into a greased 8x12 inch baking dish. Bake uncovered at 425 degees for 10 mins. Meanwhile combine biscuit mix with egg and 1/4 cup milk to make batter. Using a spoon drizzle batter to resembe a tic, tac, to pattern on top of casserole ( Can thin batter with drops of milk if necessary) Bake uncovered at 425 degrees until biscuit batter is golden about 20-25 mins. Top with remaing cheese and French's Cheddar French Fried Onions. Bake 3-5 mins or until cheese melts and onions are lightly brown
