Any time you can surprise someone with something new like shark and they can't resist it that's fun.
2 tbsp FRENCH'S® Spicy Brown Mustard
1 tsp FRENCH'S® Classic Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp FRENCH'S® Horseradish Mustard
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
1 lb 4 Thresher Shark Filet
In a non reactive bowl mix Mustards, Worchestershire Sauce, Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder and Cayenne Pepper. Then place in a resealable plastic bag, add Shark filets and shake to coat. Allow to marinate for 10 minutes in the fridge. While waiting light charcoal or preheat gas grill. When charcoal has a gray ash on it or the gas grill is heated spray shark with cooking spray and place on the grill. Grill for 1 minute and turn, grill on this side for 7 minutes or until shark starts to flake. Remove and let rest for 5 minutes then Devour!
This doesn't have to be made with only Thresher Shark, I've done it with Mako Shark and other fish such as Swordfish and Halibut.
