The Inside Out Bacon American Swiss Burger

The Hot runny cheesy goodness mixed with the crisp bacon flavor is enough to put a smile on any families face.

Ingredients:

1 tsp FRENCH'S® Classic Yellow® Mustard

2 Pre made burger patties

1 tbsp American Cheese

1 tbsp Swiss Cheese

1 tbsp Bacon

1 hamburger bun

1/2 tsp pepper

Directions:

1. Place one piece of wax paper down, and place one burger patty on it. 2. Make a small indent in the burger patty and place Swiss and American cheese next to each other in the crater. 3. Crumble the bacon on top of the cheese. 4. Place a dollop of French’s Yellow Mustard on top of the bacon. 5. Do not over fill the burgers or all the filling will run out during cooking! 6. Place the second patty on top of all. Then place another piece of wax paper on top of the whole thing. 7. Use the wax paper to cinch the edges on the patties together to form one big burger. 8. Season the burger to taste with fresh ground pepper. 9. Grill to desired doneness. 10. Place burger on grilled bun for better texture. 11. Enjoy!
