This salad is so beautiful it's just irresistible, and so GOOD FOR YOU! Low fat, High flavor! Change the type of beans, nuts, and dried fruit and have a different salad each time!
Ingredients:
1/4 cup FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions
4 cup Your Favorite Greens and Raw Veggies
1 tbsp Roasted Salted Sunflower Kernels
1 tbsp Chopped Sugared Dates
1 tbsp Whole or Chopped Pecans
1 tsp Mrs. Dash Southwest Chipotle Seasoning
4 tbsp Olde Cape Cod Tosted Sesame Soy Ginger Fat Free Dressing
12 oz Canned Dark Red Kidney Beans
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Directions:
In large bowl, mix greens and veggies.
Add sunflower kernels, pecans and dates.
Sprinkle liberally with Mrs. Dash seasoning.
Drizzle dressing over top.
Pour drained beans in center of salad.
Top with FRENCH'S French Fried Onions.
Season with salt and pepper.
Can be made in 2 separate bowls–just divide ingredients as you go.
The secret - more Mrs. Dash will make it spicier & more FRENCH'S French Fried Onions will make it crunchier.
