The Dagwood Waffle Panini with Jalapeno Honey Mustard

This waffle panini will bring more than a smile it will have your family begging for seconds! Just ask my family. Who wouldn't want to try a nice golden waffle with pastrami, ham, turkey, swiss cheese all toasted on a panini press!The jalapeno honey mustard will have you begging for more mustard and that is why i'm serving it on the side for extra dipping. You can thank Frenchs Honey Mustard for that delicious taste! Enjoy!

Ingredients:

1/4 cup FRENCH'S® Honey Mustard

1/2 cup jalapeno jelly

8 frozen multi-grain waffles, lightly toasted

4 thin slices pastrami

4 thin slices Black Forest ham

4 thin slices pepper smoked turkey breast

4 slices of swiss cheese

8 tsp butter, softened

Directions:

Pre-heat a panini grill. In a small saucepan over medium heat, cook jalapeno jelly with honey mustard until warm; stirring occasionally. Pour jalapeno jelly and mustard mixture in a small bowl and let cool for five minutes. Evenly Spread a thin layer of jalapeno-mustard spread on two waffles and sandwich a slice of pastrami, ham, turkey and Swiss cheese in between. Repeat with remaining waffles, sandwich meat, and cheese until you have 4 waffle sandwiches. Lightly coat the outside of each waffle with butter. Grill sandwiches in the panini press. Cook until the cheese is melted and the waffles are golden-brown, about 2-3 minutes. Cut into quarters and eat while still warm. Serve any remaining jalapeno Jelly honey Mustard mixture with waffle sandwiches for extra dipping! Yummy! Serves 4, prep time: 10 minutes, cooking time:20 minutes
