The Best Stuffed Mushrooms

The ground French's French Fried Onions rise to the top to create a delicious crunch top.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions

2 tbsp FRENCH'S® Honey Dijon Mustard

1 8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened

1 cup Kraft Italian Five Cheese

1 16 oz pkg large, fresh mushrooms

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grind French's French Fried Onions in food processor or blender. Combine all ingredients except mushrooms. Remove stems from mushrooms and stuff with cheese mixture. Arrange in baking dish and cover. Bake for 15 minutes. Uncover and bake additional 25 minutes. Remove from oven and serve.
Optional: For a zestier flavor, sprinkle mushrooms with ground red pepper after stuffing.
