The Best Potato Salad Ever!

This recipe is the Best one you will ever have. Even those who claim to not like potatoe salad have liked this one. You have creamy chunks of potato and crispness from the raw veggies and the sweet and sour of the pickles. This one brings you back to the BBQ's and family gatherings and holiday parties you have never forgotten, because of that one food item you ate rocked your world..Well this one will Rock your world and make you smile every time you make it ...

Ingredients:

2 tbsp FRENCH'S® Classic Yellow® Mustard

5 lb Red Potatoes

8 Large eggs

1 cup white onion

1/2 cup green bell pepper

1/2 cup celery

1/2 cup mayonaise

1/4 cup bread and butter pickles

Directions:

Boil potatoes and eggs together in a large pot for 30 minutes or till a knife pierces easily into a potato. While it is cooking dice up the onion, bell pepper, celery and pickles and put into a large bowl and set aside. When potatoes are done run cold water over them for about 5 minutes. Then peel off the potato skins and peel the eggs. Quater the potatoes and then cut into medium size chunks add to the other ingredients. Then chop the eggs,add to bowl. Mix well together. Then add mayonaise and mustard and black pepper. and mix well. Chill in refrigerator for several hours before serving.
This is a key part in the potato salad recipe. You dont want to make your chunks to large or to small. You want them no bigger than a quarter and no smaller than a nickel for best results.
