Do you remember the commercial years ago - "That's a Spicy Meatball!" If you like spicy foods you will love my spicy meatballs.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup FRENCH'S® Bold n' Spicy Brown Mustard
1 lb Ground Beef
1/2 lb Ground Hot Italian Sausage
1 tbsp Freshly cracked dry red pepper flakes
2 oz 2 fresh garlic cloves, finely minced
1 cup Italian flavored dry bread crumbs
4 oz 2 eggs
2 tbsp Olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and form into 1 inch balls. Place in greased 9 inch by 13 inch glass casserole pan, cover with foil and bake 40 - 50 minutes until done. Serve over pasta with any type of Italian Sauce.
May be made ahead of time and refrigerated or frozen in a ziploc bag.
