Thai-Style Appetizer Pizza Pinwheels

My recipe will bring smiles to everyone who is ready for a delicious pinwheel filled with Thai Peanut Satay Sauce, chicken, red bell pepper, scallions, carrots, cheese and French's French Fried Onions!!! This delicious appetizer will have you and your family begging for more and don't forget to say thank you to French's Fried Onions for making this appetizer the best thing you have ever ate!!!!

Ingredients:

1 cup FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions

1 can (13.8 oz) refrigerated classic pizza crust

1/2 cup Peanut Satay Sauce

2 cup precooked rotisserie chicken, shredded

2/3 cup julienne (matchstick-cut) carrot

1/3 cup sliced green scallions

1/3 cup thinly sliced red bell pepper

1.5 cup shredded monterey jack cheese

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Open can of pizza dough and press into rectangle. In a gallon zip lock bag crush French’s French Fried Onions . Set aside. Spread or drizzle peanut satay sauce evenly over dough then top with evenly with chicken, carrots, scallions, red bell pepper, Monterey jack shredded cheese, and crushed French’s French fried onions . Starting at long end roll dough into a log shape. Using a sharp knife, cut 1 inch pieces and place onto a greased baking sheet. Bake for 20-22 minutes or until golden brown. Serves 8, prep time: 15 minutes, baking time: 22 minutes
