It is nice for outdoor barbecues with the family.
Ingredients:
2 tbsp FRENCH'S® Honey Dijon Mustard
2 tbsp FRENCH'S® Classic Worcestershire Sauce
6 tsp Kikkoman teriyaki sauce
2 tbsp Butter
1/4 cup Tabasco chipotle sauce
2 lb Chicken wings and pieces
6 tbsp Cornstarch
1/4 cup Yellow corn meal
Directions:
Place the corn starch and the corn meal on a plate for dredging, mix well. Take the butter, worcestershire sauce, chipotle sauce, mustard and teriyaki sauce and place in a sauce pan. Bring to a slight boil over medium high heat. Reduce heat to medium and simmer for 10 minutes. Keep warm until the chicken wings and pieces are done.
Take the chicken wings and cut off the wing tips, disgard. Then dredge in the cornstarch mixture, completely coat and remove excess. Place on a baking sheet and place in a preheated 350 degree oven for 35-40 minutes.
When chicken is done, take out and place in a large bowl along with the buffalo sauce and completely coat every wing and piece. Serve.
