Whenever we are invited to our friends gatherings they always request we bring our shrimp appetizers. The shrimp is the first to go everytime! Friends eat it off the grill! I do not normally eat shrimp, but I do eat our Tasty Shrimp Appetizers! ENJOY!
Ingredients:
1 cup FRENCH'S® Honey Mustard
1 cup FRENCH'S® Horseradish Mustard
1 cup FRENCH'S® Spicy Brown Mustard
2 tbsp FRENCH'S® Reduced Sodium Worcestershire Sauce (30 % less Sodium)
2 lb Large Shrimp
3 Jalapenos
8 oz Cheddar Cheese (Block)
1 Bacon
Directions:
Butterfly and Clean Shrimp
Cut up Cheese into thin narrow slices
Cut up Jalapenos into thin narrow slices
For smaller shrimp - slice bacon strips in half and for larger shrimp use the entire slice of bacon
Set up ingredients in an assembly line. Take a piece of shrimp, place a slice of cheese and jalapeno inside, wrap in bacon, place toothpick, place finished appetizer on cookie sheet. Repeat until all shrimp has been stuffed and wrapped. Brush shrimp lightly with reduced sodium French's Worcestershire Sauce.
Place Shrimp on Grill at 375 degrees and cook until bacon is done.
Presentation is everything! Place cooked appetizers on a decorative tray with dipping sauces. We use French's Spicy Brown Mustard, French's Horseradish Mustard, and French's Honey Mustard.
