Tangy Cauliflower

The French's mustard/mayo mixture gives a tasty change to an otherwise rather boring vegetable. My family looks forward to this dish each time I serve it.

Ingredients:

2 tsp FRENCH'S® Classic Yellow® Mustard

1 head of cauliflower

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper

2 tsp chopped onion

3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:

Remove any outer leaves and rinse cauliflower. Place in microwaveable dish. Microwave on high for 7 to 9 minutes until a fork can easily pierce the cauliflower. While cauliflower is cooking, mix all other ingredients except cheese. When cauliflower is cooked to desired tenderness, spoon mayo/mustard mixture over cauliflower. Sprinkle shredded cheese over mixture, and microwave for an additional 2 minutes. Serve while warm.
Microwave time may vary depending on size of cauliflower and desired tenderness of this vegetable.
