Fast easy appetizer. Unexpected pairing of flavors. Excellent for cocktail parties and cool white wines.
Ingredients:
2 tbsp FRENCH'S® Honey Mustard

1 1 finely sliced crisp apple
1 finely sliced sweet onion
4 oz Brie Cheese slices
3 tbsp Sour cream
1 tbsp fresh cilantro minced
Directions:
Heat nonstick skillet over medium high heat.
On flat whole quesidilla spread 1 tablespoon French's Honey Mustard. Arrange slices of sweet onion and apple keeping about 1/2" from edges. Place Brie slices over apples and onions and top with cilantro. Put on top quesidilla and grill both sides in skillet, being careful when turning, until cripsy brown on out side and oozing cheese. Cut into 4 pie shapes with pizza cutter. Mix 1 tablespoon of French's Honey Mustard with sour cream. Serve on side as dipping sauce.
You may use any crisp apple. Granny Smiths are especially good.
