Sweet & Sour Crunchy Coleslaw

My family loves this crunchy side dish with any meal.

Ingredients:

2.8 oz FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions

2 tsp FRENCH'S® Classic Yellow® Mustard

14 oz Package Shredded Coleslaw

2/3 cup Shredded Carrots&Finely Chopped Green Pepper Mixture

2 oz Diced Pimentos

2 tbsp White Vinegar

2/3 cup Mayonnaise

3 tbsp Granulated Sugar

1/3 cup water

1/4 tsp salt

1/8 tsp pepper

Directions:

Combine in Large Bowl: Shredded Coleslaw, Shredded Carrots & Chopped Green Pepper, French's Fried Fried Onions (original). Salt and Pepper to taste. Mix together in Small Bowl: Mayonnaise French's Classic Yellow Mustard White Vinegar Granulated Sugar Diced Pimentos Add water (or milk) for desired consistency. Mix and pour over the coleslaw mixture. Serve and enjoy.
