Sweet and Savory Shredded Ham

Everyone requests this recipe now whenever we are having a family event. I am happy to make it because it is easy and serves lots of people on a small budget. The leftovers keep well and also go into scalloped potatoes for a great side dish for another day. Delicious!

Ingredients:

1 cup FRENCH'S® Classic Yellow® Mustard

7 lb Ham

2 cup Orange Juice

1/2 cup Maple Syrup

1/2 cup Brown Sugar

2 tbsp Corn Starch

Directions:

Combine Mustard, Orange Juice, Maple Syrup and Brown Sugar into sauce pot. Whisk together until smooth. Add ham. Boil on Medium for 50 minutes. Pull apart with two forks similar to pulled pork consistency. If preferred, thicken sauce with a corn starch.
Serve alone in a bowl for the carb conscious or on rolls with swiss cheese. This recipe also works well in a crock pot on low for 8-10 hours.
