Baked in sauce gives pork multiple flavors in eack mouthful. We have them all summer long with friends. Its easy enough that all our kids get to enjoy making them and creating there own dinner art!
Ingredients:
2 tbsp FRENCH'S® Classic Worcestershire Sauce
4 tbsp FRENCH'S® Mustard Products
4 tbsp Katchup
8 oz 8 medium thick cut pork chops
Directions:
Salt and pepper pork chops. Grill for 5 to 10 minutes on one side then turn over and layer the sauces on top of the cooked side. Do not blend sauces. We make shapes and swerl designs on ours. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes and remove.
