Because my wife and kids think I'm a genuis when I make these. They don't realize it's soooo easy!
Ingredients:
2 cup FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions
1/4 cup FRENCH'S® Honey Dijon Mustard
8 portabella mushrooms
8 oz cream cheese
1 ranch dressing mix
3 cup oil
3 eggs
1 cup honey
Directions:
Wash and remove stems from mushrooms. In small bowl, blend softened cream cheese and ranch dressing mix. Stuff mushrooms with cream cheese mix. Place fried onions in plastic baggie and crush until fine. Dip stuffed mushrooms in egg wash and roll gently in crushed fried onions. Deep fry until golden, romove and drain completely. Mix honey with dijon honey mustard for dipping.
