These meatballs are tasty enough for an adult party. Kids love the cheesy surprise inside.
Ingredients:
1 cup FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions Products
6 tbsp FRENCH'S® Bold n' Spicy Brown Mustard
2 lb ground chicken
5 tbsp dried mushroom soup mix
1 egg
12 oz Gruyere cheese
4 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp Franks Red Hot Sauce
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 375'. In a large bowl mix together the ground chicken, French's fried onions, mushroom soup mix and 1 egg. Form the meatballs about the size of a golf ball. Cut the Gruyere cheese into 3/4 inch cubes. Place 1 cube of cheese into the center of each meatball. Make sure the cheese is completely covered by the meat. Place the meatballs into a non-stick baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Mix the French's Bold and Spicy mustard, mayonnaise and the Franks Red Hot sauce together in a small bowl. Place tooth picks into the meatballs, dip into the sauce and serve.
