Steaks with Honey Mustard Glaze

It means that the weather is good and we're outside grilling on the deck. Having steak, whether it's an inexpensive or a 'high-dollar' cut is always a treat!

Ingredients:

1/4 cup FRENCH'S® Classic Yellow® Mustard

2 lb chuck steak

1/4 cup honey

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

Directions:

In medium saucepan, combine all ingredients. Cook over medium-high heat 3 minutes or until mixture is liquid. Brush mixture over steak(s) occasionally while grilling.
This is a great glaze for any cut of steak. Being budget minded, I usually get the chuck steak.
