Fair food always brings back those happy memories of good times. What better way to have fun and eat your vegetables!
Ingredients:
1 cup FRENCH'S® Bold n' Spicy Brown Mustard
2 cup FRENCH'S® Cheddar French Fried Onions
1/2 cup FRENCH'S® Horseradish Mustard
2 cup Califlower & Broccoli Forets
2 cup Zucchini & Yellow Squash Slices
1 oz Butter Flavor Cooking Spray
1/2 cup Low Fat Sour Cream (or Soy Sour Cream)
1 tsp Frank's Red Hot Sauce
1 tsp pepper
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Coat large baking sheet with cooking spray. Crush French's Cheddar French Fried Onions, add pepper and place in a shallow dish. Place mustard is shallow dish. Dip washed vegetable in mustard and then dip in the crushed onions. Coat with cooking spray. Place on prepared baking sheet. Continue with all vegetables. Place in oven and bake for 40 minutes, turning vegertables with tongs half way through baking. Serve immediately with dip made from a mix of the sour cream, French's Horseradish Mustard and Frank's Red Hot Sauce.
This recipe can be easily doubled. I did not include additional salt as the french fried onions have enough for my family.
