It reminds me of eating hot dogs at the fair in the summer time.
Ingredients:
1 tbsp FRENCH'S® Classic Yellow® Mustard
1/2 cup FRENCH'S® Cheddar French Fried Onions
2 medium baking potatoes, halved and with insides scooped out, leaving skin
2 tbsp sweet pickle relish
2 tbsp catsup
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese, divided
1 tbsp milk
2 hot dogs or vegetarian hot dogs, cut into 1/2 inch round slices
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine scooped-out insides of potatoes with other ingredients, except for fried onions and 1/4 cup of the grated cheese. Spoon into the potato shells. Bake 5-10 minutes, or until hot all the way through. Top with remaining cheese and the fried onions.
