Congratulations to Heather Smith for Winning the 2009 Cookoff

SPINACH SALAD DRESSING

I have been serving this salad for over 30 years, and everyone always loves it!

Ingredients:

3 tbsp FRENCH'S® Classic Yellow® Mustard

1 MEDIUM ONION

3/4 cup SUGAR

1 tsp CELERY SEED

1 cup VEGETABLE OIL

1/3 cup CIDER VINEGAR

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

Directions:

Cut up onion. Put all ingrediens in blender. Blend until smooth. Refrigerate. Will keep for 2-3 weeks.
Pour desired amount of dressing over 1 pound fresh spinach with hard boiled eggs, fesh sliced mushrooms, and 12 slices bacon (fried and crumbled). ENJOY!
