Spicy Tuna Croquettes

Ingredients:

1.5 cup FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions

1 tbsp FRENCH'S® Classic Yellow® Mustard

4 tbsp FRENCH'S® Horseradish Mustard

10 oz sweet and spicy tuna in a pouch

2 eggs

2 tsp fresh lime juice

.5 tsp kosher salt

2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro

Directions:

1.Crush French's French Fried Onions to a crumb-like consistency in food processor,blender or with rolling pin.Place half of crumbs in large bowl along with tuna,eggs,yellow mustard,lime juice,salt,cilantro and pepper.Mix well. 2.Shape mixture into 8 patties and roll in remaining crumbs.Place on wax paper lined platter or baking sheet.Heat large skillet that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray,to medium. 3.Cook croquettes 3-4 minutes,flip and repeat.Serve with Horseradish Mustard drizzled on top,garnish platter with fresh cilantro and basil leaves,if desired.
