This receipe brings smiles beacause everyone things the chicken will taste like mustard, but it doesn't! It just a unique, excellent seasoned taste that will blow you away!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup FRENCH'S® Classic Yellow® Mustard
3 tbsp Texas Pete Hotsauce
3 cup Flour for batter
4 lb Chicken
Directions:
Get two packs of chicken (breasts, or wings, or legs) and rinse meat. Pat dry with paper towel. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and hot sauce. Put chicken in a bowl with a lid, and pour mustard over chicken. Put lid on bowl and shake until meat is all covered. Dip meat into flour and cover completley and fry for about 10-15 minutes depending on size of meat.
Chicken will look a little darker than golden brown because of the mustard coating.
