My kids love this dip with chicken nuggets, carrot, celery and sweet red pepper sticks.
Ingredients:
2.5 tbsp FRENCH'S® Spicy Brown Mustard
2 tbsp butter
2 cup Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded
2 tbsp flour
1 cup chicken stock
1 cup milk
1/8 tsp salt
1/16 tsp pepper
Directions:
1) Melt the butter in a sauce pan over medium heat.
2) Add flour and heat about 1-2 min.
3)Whisk in the stock and the milk.
4) When sauce thickens, stir in the cheese, mustard, salt, and pepper.
5) When blended, pour into a dip bowl and serve immediately.
