Spicy Grilled Tilapia Tacos

Everyone smiles at a great tasting meal thats full of flavor, yet still light and healthy.

Ingredients:

2 tbsp FRENCH'S® Classic Yellow® Mustard

1/2 tsp FRENCH'S® Classic Worcestershire Sauce

2 lb Tilapia Fillets

8 Soft Corn Tortillas

2 tbsp Achiote Paste

1 tbsp Lime Juice

3 cup Shredded Cabbage Mix

1 cup Salsa

1/4 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

Directions:

Directions: Remove any silver skin from fillets, rinse with cold water and pat dry with paper towel. In a small dish, combine mustard, achiote paste, Worcestershire sauce, lime juice, salt and pepper, mix well and brush both sides of fillets. Place fillets on sheet pan and allow to marinate for 10 – 15 minutes. In a mixing bowl, toss cabbage mix with salsa till well coated, then set aside. Place fillets on a hot grill (indoor or outdoor) and grill on medium-high till flakey. Approximately 5 - 7 minutes on each side. Remove and cover till ready to serve. To serve tacos, warm the tortillas on the grill till loose and pliable, fill with fish and cabbage mix.
