Spicy Grilled Steak

The spicy brown mustard along with the other ingredients really POP in your mouth and are sure to bring a smile to your face.

Ingredients:

2 cup FRENCH'S® Spicy Brown Mustard

1/2 cup brown sugar

4 tbsp paprika

1 tbsp chili powder

1 tbsp garlic powder

1 tbsp onion powder

1 tsp cayenne pepper

5 lb 1 to 1 1/2 in Porterhouse Steak

Directions:

Combine all dry ingredients along with mustard in a large mixing bowl. Mix ingredients until it comes to a smooth consistency. Drudge each piece of steak into mixture until well coated. Place steaks over a HOT grill for 4 min on each side for medium. Adjust time accordingly if you like your meat more rare or well done. Remove steaks from grill and allow to REST for 4 minutes. It will be tempting to dig right in but the resting period is critical for flavor! Sit back and enjoy.....
