Spicy Coated Pork Chops

My family loves mustard, and the spicy brown is our favorite. When I first served these chops, my husband remarked on their savory flavor. I now use the same ingredients on chicken!

PREP TIME 10 min

Ingredients:

4 tsp FRENCH'S® Bold n' Spicy Brown Mustard

4 tbsp Pork Coating Mix

2 tsp Cracked Rosemary

24 oz 4 bone-in 1 in. pork chops

1 tsp pepper

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400°. On a dinner plate, mix pork coating, rosemary, and black pepper. Spread 1/2 teaspoon mustard on each side of pork chop. Dredge chops in coating mix. Place on rack in an oven safe casserole. Bake chops 30 minutes. Remove to warm platter, cover with foil, and let sit for 5 - 10 minutes. While they are resting steam broccoli florets for 10 minutes and microwave some whole grain rice. Plate each chop with a serving of rice and broccoli.
2 packages Uncle Ben's microwavable rice, removed to microwave safe dish and microwaved 3 minutes.
