Ingredients:

1 cup FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions

3 tbsp FRENCH'S® Honey Mustard

1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:

1 Cup French's Fried Onions 1 stick unsalted butter (softened) 1 8 oz package shredded taco cheese 1 cup all purpose flour 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper 1/2 tsp. dried parsley flakes For Dip: 3 Tbsp. French's Honey Mustard 3 Tbsp. Mayonnaise Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Soften and cream butter in a mixing bowl. Add onions, cheese, cayenne and parsley, mixing well. Add flour, mixing just until combined. Divide the dough into 4 pieces and shape like a log about one inch in diameter. Working with one log at a time, slice into wafers approx. 1/4 inch thick. Arrange slices on a silipat or parchment lined baking sheet, approx 1/2 inch apart. Bake approx 12-14 minutes until golden brown. Let cool on a wire rack. To Prepare Dipping Sauce: Mix together the honey mustard and mayonnaise and use as a dipping sauce for the wafers! Enjoy!
* This recipe can be easily doubled! You can also prepare the logs and when sealed carefully in plastic wrap will stay in the refrigerator for up to one week or in the freezer for two months. Use them as needed whenever you need a quick hors d'oeuvres!
