Even my college age kids can easily make this in their college dorm room (with the help of a microwave) and serve it to their friends after some late night studying (or partying). My daughter had a small crock pot in her dorm she used to keep the chicken dip warm. Dorm room cooking makes me laugh/smile.
Ingredients:
1/3 cup FRENCH'S® Spicy Brown Mustard
8 oz Softened Cream Cheese
1/2 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
1/3 cup Bottled Hot Sauce
1/3 cup Bottled Ranch Dressing
12 oz Canned Chicken, flaked
Directions:
Spicy Buffalo Chicken Dip
• 8 oz cream cheese, softened and spread on bottom of baking dish.
Combine Ingredients:
• 12 oz canned chicken, flaked with a fork
• 1/3 cup Hot Sauce
• 1/3 cup Bottled Ranch Dressing
• 1/3 cup French’s Spicy Brown Mustard (or any other French’s brand prepared mustard)
• 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Spread chicken mixture on top of cream cheese. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees or microwave for 5- 10 minutes (or until bubbly), stirring mixture half way through cooking. Serve with tortilla chips and/or celery.
This appetizer is addictive! Kids and adults love it.
