Spicey Potato Bake

It is easy and spicy!

Ingredients:

1 tbsp FRENCH'S® Spicy Brown Mustard

1 lb sweet or white potato (or mixture)

1/4 cup onion

1/8 cup green pepper

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp Italian seasoning

1/4 tsp salt

1/8 tsp pepper

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375. Dice potatoes, onion and green pepper. In medium bowl mix together Spicy brown mustard, olive oil, Italian Seasoning. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add potato mixture and thoroughly coat. Place in center of 12" square of heavy duty aluminum foil. Bake for 40 minutes or until fork tender.
Can be also cooked outdoors on grill.
