This recipe brings smiles because it's good, quick and easy. My family loves to get together (which also brings smiles!) and requests these often.
Ingredients:
3 tbsp FRENCH'S® Classic Yellow® Mustard
1(2.8 oz) can FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions
1.5 lb hamburger meat
1 (10 3/4 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
.5 cup milk
3 tbsp ketchup
1 (8 count) package hamburger buns
1.5 cup grated cheese
Directions:
Brown hamburger meat; drain fat. Add soup, milk, ketchup and mustard; heat through. Stir in half of the french fried onions. Separate the top side from the bottom of each bun and place under the broiler to toast. Spoon about 2 tablespoons meat mixture on top of each half. Sprinkle with remaining onions and then top with grated cheese. Place under broiler until cheese melts.
NOTE: Serve with a salad, your favorite beans and/or chips and dip.
