A great way to use up excess zucchini and summer squash. The crunch of French's onions really makes this dish special!
Ingredients:
16 oz FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions
6 cup Zucchini or Yellow Squash
1 onion
1 tbsp garlic
16 oz shredded colby-jack cheese
2 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Directions:
Reserve 1/2 cup French's oninons and 1/2 cup of cheese for topping. Spray cassarole dish with non-stick spray. Combine all ingredients and spread evenly in dish. bake at 350 for 45 min, until brown on top.
