Southwest Corned Beef Hash

French's worcestershire puts a zip and a smile in this easy and delicious hash-in-a-hurry !

3 tbsp FRENCH'S® Classic Worcestershire Sauce

3 tbsp canola or vegetable oil

3 tbsp finely shredded carrot

3 cup diced cooked corned beef

4 cup diced red potatoes ( leave skins on)

1 cup diced red onion

1/2 cup diced green chilies

4 fried or poached eggs ( optional)


Place French's Classic Worcestershire Sauce and oil in heavy skillet. Add shredded carrot and cook to soften over medium-high heat. Add corned beef cubes, potato cubes, red onions and green chilies. Stir together to mix ingredients. and flatten ingredients down into pan. Brown slowly over medium-high heat for 20-30 minutes, stirring thorugh the mixture occasionaly. Continue to cook until bottom of hash is very brown and potatoes are tender. To serve place equal portions of hash on each plate and top with fried or poached egg if desired.
