We use Bone Suckin' Sauce, which is a product locally made in Raleigh, NC. It is the best barbeque sauce around. It's not real heavy, but full of flavor. It really compliments the fried onions. My family requests that I make this every Christmas now!
Ingredients:
5 oz FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions
Directions:
4 cleaned boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 large can of French's Fried Onions
1 c cheddar cheese
1 jar Bone Suckin' Sauce
4 dollops of sour cream
Bake the chicken all the way through in a Pyrex in your oven at 400 degrees. Take it out when you are sure there is no more pink inside. Pour the desired amount of Bone Suckin' Sauce over chicken. It should be covered. Top each breast with cheese and French's fried onions. Place the dish back into the oven, this time on broil. Leave in until the onions are a golden brown. Before serving, top with a dollop of sour cream on each breast.
