Congratulations to Heather Smith for Winning the 2009 Cookoff

Southern Girl's BBQ Chicken

We use Bone Suckin' Sauce, which is a product locally made in Raleigh, NC. It is the best barbeque sauce around. It's not real heavy, but full of flavor. It really compliments the fried onions. My family requests that I make this every Christmas now!

Place the dish back into the oven, this time on broil. Leave in until the onions are a golden brown. Before serving, top with a dollop of sour cream on each breast.
