My family loves ribs! When I introduced this tangy rib recipe, they all flipped. Although we eat ribs frequently, this recipe added a new twist to an old favorite!

Ingredients:

1 tbsp FRENCH'S® Dijon Mustard

2 lb pork ribs

2 tbsp Butter or margarine

4 tsp green onions

1 tbsp all purpose flour

1 cup beef broth

2 tbsp Lemon juice

3 tbsp Chili Sauce

Directions:

Preheat oven to 450. cut ribs into 2 or 3 rib portions. Arrange in a single layer in a shallow roasting pan. Roast for 20 min.; drain fat. While ribs are roasting, heat butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add green onions, saute for 5 min. Add flour and mustard; mix well. Cook stirring continuously, for 2 min. Gradually stir in broth, lemo juice and chili sauce. Cook, stirring continuously, for 5 min. Brush sauce over ribs. Continue to roast, turning and basting occasionally with sauce, for 25 min or until ribs are tender.
