It's quick, it's easy to double, it uses leftovers (makes me smile!) and the hickory smoked tuna with the crispy cheddar onions is a fanatasic flavor combo.
Ingredients:
1 cup FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions
3 cup egg noodles uncooked
4.5 oz hickory smoked tuna in a pouch
10 oz mushroom soup 1 can
1/2 cup sauteed mushrooms
3/4 cup sharp cheddar cheese
1/3 cup half & half
1 cup cooked brocolli florets
Directions:
cook egg noodles as directed on package and lightly drain. put pack into pan and add all ingredients except Frenchs French Fried Onions CHEDDAR FLAVORED adding half & half as needed for desired consistancy. Pour into 1 1/2 qt casserole dish. Top with fried onions. Bake at 350 for 15 - 20 minutes or until heated through & onions are crispy.
we used leftover broccoli the first time we made this and have used other veggies since. all work well
