Smoked Salmon Spinach Pizza Appetizer

My recipe will bring smiles to everyone who is ready for a delicious appetizing pizza that is topped with smoked salmon, spinach sauted with French's Worcestershire Sauce, romano cheese, and marinated artichokes. Who can resist!!! Your family will do more than smile they will be begging for more!!!!!!!!!

Ingredients:

2 tsp FRENCH'S® Classic Worcestershire Sauce

3 tbsp olive oil

2 cloves of garlic, minced

1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry

1 (1 lb.) Italian bread shell

1 cup smoked salmon, cut into 1/2 inch pieces

1 jar of marinated artichoke hearts, drained and quartered

2 cup Romano cheese, grated

1 tsp pepper

Directions:

Heat 2 tbsp. oil in medium skillet over medium heat. Cook garlic 3 minutes, stirring frequently. Stir in spinach, Worcestershire sauce and pepper. Remove from heat; set aside. Spread remaining olive oil over the bread shell. Top spinach mixture evenly over bread shell and evenly spread with smoked salmon and artichokes. Sprinkle evenly with cheese. Bake in preheated 400°F oven 12 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted. Cut into 16 small appetizing wedges. Serves: 16, prep time: 10 minutes, cooking time: 20 minutes
