Smiling Peanut-Lime Slaw

The coleslaw comes with its own little red smiles ( cherry tomato quarters) already tossed in ! It will tickle their humor and their tastebuds as well :0)

Ingredients:

3 tbsp FRENCH'S® Honey Dijon Mustard

2 tbsp light brown sugar

2 tbsp olive oil

1/4 cup fresh squeezed lime juice

16 oz bagged coleslaw ,blend of colors

1 pt small cherry tomatoes, washed & quartered

2/3 cup chopped cilantro

12 oz unsalted roasted peanuts

Directions:

In small bowl, whisk together French's Honey Dijon Mustard,brown sugar, oil, lime juice and salt. In large mixing bowl, toss together mixed colored bagged coleslaw ( shredded cabbages), cherry tomato quarters, cilantro, and peanuts as the last ingredient. Cover with the dressing mixture and toss. Transfer to serving plate(s).
Use convenient bagged coleslaw mixtures ( in the bagged salad section) with varied colors for a prettier salad. You may substitute other nuts for the peanuts if desired. Dressing is fst and easy with French's Honey Dijon paired with tart lime juice.
