Sisler Family Spinach Hamburgers

This recipe is a great summer meal, the meat stays very moist with the spinach and cheese in the meat mixture. Even my kids love it, knowing that the "green stuff" is spinach!

Ingredients:

1 tbsp FRENCH'S® Classic Yellow® Mustard

1 tbsp FRENCH'S® Mustard Products

2 lb ground hamburger

1 cup frozen chopped spinach package

4 tbsp onion soup mix envelope

3/4 cup parmesean cheese

Directions:

Hand mix both pounds of hamburger with thawed chopped spinach, envelope of dry onion soup mix and parmesean cheese, making sure that the spinach is evenly distributed in the meat mixture. Make hamburger patties as you normally would. Grill or broil hamburgers as you normally would. Serve with ketchup, French's mustards, and other condiments. Very good with macaroni salad and corn on the cob!
