The photo is actually a "case in point." I had forgotten to take a photo until half-way through dinner....by the time I got my camera, the only portion that was left to photograph is in the photo. My guys loved it!!

1/2 cup brown sugar
2.5 tsp salt
3.5 tsp pepper
Directions:
Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 1/4 cup FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions (chopped) (1/4 cup reserved for sauce)
1 T. FRENCH'S® Spicey Brown Mustard (2 tsp. reserved for sauce)
1 cup FRENCH'S® Reduced Sodium Worcestershire Sauce (1/2 cup reserved for sauce)
2 eggs
2 tsp. cayenne pepper (1 tsp. reserved for sauce)
1/2 cup bell pepper diced (1/8 cup reserved for sauce)
1/2 cup brown sugar (1/4 cup reserved for sauce)
2 1/2 tsp. salt
3 1/2 tsp. pepper (1 1/2 tsp. reserved for sauce)
Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray glass 9x5-inch loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray.
In large mixing bowl combine ingredients (less amounts reserved for sauce) and mix with hands. Be sure to mix well to ensure all seasonings throughout. Place in loaf pan and bake for 30 minutes covered with foil.
While meatloaf is in oven, mix all reserved ingredients for sauce together in mixing bowl. Set aside.
At end of cooking time, uncover dish and pour off excess drippings. Pour sauce on top of meatloaf. Cook for an additional 20 minutes uncovered.
Drizzle excess sauce from pan over meatloaf once sliced and on plates. Serve hot.
