Shrimp with rice

I remember my aunt served this dish to us years ago. It's really simple to make, especially when you want to make something quickly.

Ingredients:

2 tbsp FRENCH'S® Classic Yellow® Mustard

1 lb Shrimp

1/4 cup White Wine

1 tbsp Sugar

1/2 cup Onions

2 tbsp Olive Oil

1 tbsp Flour

2 cup Rice

Directions:

Start cooking rice. Clean shrimp and put aside. Cut onions into small pieces, put onions and olive oil in frying pan and cook until golden brown. Next put shrimp, mustard, sugar, white wine in pan. The shrimp will cook quickly. To thicken the sauce in the pan, use some flour. Cook shrimp for about 1-2 minutes on each side. When shrimp are pink (cooked), take out pan immediately. Put 2-3 scoops of rice on each plate, put shrimp with sauce on top of rice. Serve immediately.
