Ingredients:
6 oz FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions
2 lb shrimp
1 tomato chopped
1 cup rice
1/2 cup yogurt
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
2 cup water
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Directions:
bring 2 cups of water to boil with 1/2 tsp.salt,add rice. reduce heat and cook on low heat for 30 min. in a large frying pan heat 3 Tsp of olive oil and add 4 oz. of french's fried onion,ginger,cumin,yogurt.1/2 tsp salt and pepper.saute for 5 min. add shrimps and cook for 6 min. stir in rice and sprinkle remaing french's fried onion on top.
