Sesame Fried Chicken Wings with Tangy Mustard Dipping Sauce

Wings are the perfect party food...and we all know a good party brings great smiles! FRENCH'S Worcestershire Sauce flavors these sesame-coated wings, and the rich, savory flavor is heightened in the deep fryer! FRENCH'S Honey Dijon Mustard is the perfect no-fuss dipping sauce for these...its sweet and tangy bite is an excellent compliment for the crispy-coated wings.

Ingredients:

1/4 cup FRENCH'S® Classic Worcestershire Sauce

1 cup FRENCH'S® Honey Dijon Mustard

3 tbsp lemon juice

12 chicken wings, skin removed

3 tbsp flour

2 eggs, lightly beaten

1/2 cup sesame seeds

1 large container of vegetable oil

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

Directions:

Combine FRENCH’S Worcestershire Sauce, lemon juice, 1 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper in a large bowl. Prick wings with a fork, place in marinade and toss until well coated. Cover and marinate in refrigerator for 30 minutes. Remove chicken from refrigerator and discard marinade. Coat chicken in flour, then in egg, then in sesame seeds. In a deep heavy saucepan over medium-high heat, place enough oil to submerge wings (or use a deep-fryer set to 350 degrees). When oil reaches 350°F, deep fry wings for 5 to 7 minutes, working in batches if needed, or until coating is golden brown and chicken is cooked through. Serve on a platter with FRENCH’S Honey Dijon Mustard for dipping. Garnish with parsley and lemon slices if desired.
