A quick and easy Asian flair to any table!
Ingredients:
4 tbsp FRENCH'S® Horseradish Mustard
1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
2 tbsp sesame oil, divided
2 tsp peeled and minced fresh gingerroot
1 lb cooked thin Asian noodles
2 cup cooked chicken, shredded
1 cucumber, peeled, seeded and cut into thin strips
1 cup fresh cilantro leaves, coarsely chopped
1/2 cup water
1/2 tsp salt
Directions:
In a blender, puree peanut butter, 1 tablespoon of the sesame oil, water, gingerroot, French’s Horseradish Mustard and salt.
In a large bowl toss noodles with remaining 1 tablespoon sesame oil. Drizzle noodles with peanut butter mixture; toss noodles with the chicken, cucumbers, and cilantro. Makes 4 servings
