Who wouldn't smile when they bite into this Delicious Spanish Pork Slider. I know my family will! This slider is filled with so many delicious Spain inspired ingredients. Spanish onions, Manchego cheese, sweet paprika, spanish green olives will have you begging for seconds! Lets not forget how French's Worcestershire helps make this slider more juicy and irrestible!!!!!!!!!! Thank you Frenchs! Just imagine a juicy Spanish pork slider topped with sauted onion and Manchego cheese; and sandwiched between a delicious hawaiian sweet roll! Go ahead and get your grill ready and watch how fast they will disappear as soon as you put them down on the table!!!!!!!!
Ingredients:
1/4 cup FRENCH'S® Classic Worcestershire Sauce
2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
4 cup thinly sliced Spanish onions
2 lb ground lean pork
2 tsp sweet paprika
3 tbsp finely chopped Spanish green olives
1.5 cup Manchego cheese, grated
12 small sweet Hawaiian dinner rolls, warmed in oven
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
Directions:
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add onion, 1/2 tsp. salt, and 1/2 tsp. pepper. Cover and cook, stirring occasionally, until soft and translucent, about 10 minutes. Set aside half the onion for topping, finely chop the other half; set aside. In a large bowl combine ground pork, chopped Spanish onions, Worcestershire sauce, sweet paprika, Spanish green olives, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/2 tsp pepper . Divide the pork mixture into 12 equal portions and, using your hands, shape into 12 small burgers about 3 1/2-inches wide. Place the pork patties on grill and cook until done, about 3-4 minutes per side. Warm rolls in oven as directed on package. To assemble sliders: Place each pork patty on a roll bottom. Evenly sprinkle cheese and remaining reserved onions on top of each pork patty. And top with the top part of roll and devour. Serves: 12, prep time: 15 minutes, grilling time: 8 minutes
