scrumptious turkey cutlets

They are moist and delicious. For those people that do not like mustard, this is a great recipe. It doesn't really taste like mustard.

Ingredients:

1 tbsp FRENCH'S® Classic Yellow® Mustard

1 tsp FRENCH'S® Classic Worcestershire Sauce

1 cup mayonaise

1 tsp parsley

1/4 tsp pepper

1/4 tsp onion powder

1/4 tsp garlic powder

2 lb turkey cutlets

Directions:

Mix all ingredients except turkey cutlets in a bowl. I pound the turkey cutlets slightly to tenderize them.You can either brush the sauce onto the cutlets or dip them in the sauce to cover them. I have done both. Just make sure that they are completely covered with the sauce. If you need more sauce, just double the sauce recipe. I prefer to cook these on the grill. I sear each side on high first and then turn the grill down on low until they are done. I don't usually use recipes, so this is an approximation of what I use.
