Scalloped Potatoes

My family LOVES this recipe. The potatoes come out so nice and tender and the cheese mixes with the french fried onions and just gives you a burst of flavor.

PREP TIME 10 min


3/4 cup FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions

5 Potatoes

1 Cream of chicken soup

1/2 Milk

2 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

4 Butter

1 tsp salt

1 tsp pepper


Peel and slice potatoes VERY thinly. Mix Cream of Chicken soup with milk and salt & pepper in a 10x13 glass or metal baking pan. Add potato slices 1 cup of shredded cheese, toss to coat. Top with remaining cheese and French's French Fried Onions. Dot with butter. Bake at 375 for 1 hour.
